Refund policy

★ RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS ★

We want you to love your Angelwear pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy.

★ ELIGIBILITY ★

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition, with tags and original packaging.
  • For change-of-mind or wrong size orders we offer exchanges or store credit.
  • Final Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

★ HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE ★

  • Log in to your customer account to request a return or exchange, or click here to access our Returns & Exchanges portal.
  • Please don't send items back without first submitting a return request.

★ AUSTRALIAN RETURNS & EXCHANGES ★

  • We offer FREE prepaid exchanges (or store credit) within Australia, including change of mind or incorrect size selection.
  • We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label for eligible exchanges.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

★ INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES ★

  • International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • For exchanges, customers are also responsible for shipping costs for the replacement item.
  • Any applicable customs duties, taxes or fees are the customer's responsibility.
  • We recommend using tracked postage for all international returns.
  • Please email us contact@angelwear.com.au for our return postal address.

★ REFUNDS ★

  • Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Sale or promotional purchases are still eligible for return unless specifically marked Final Sale.

★ FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS ★

  • If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, email contact@angelwear.com.au with your order number and photos.
  • Angelwear will cover reasonable return shipping costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied items.
  • Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
